Storing One Touch Dial

you want to store the number.

Enter a number (up to 20 digits),
and then press
Set

Storing Speed Dial Numbers

Press Menu, 2, 3, 2.

Enter a two-digit Speed Dial number,
and then press Set.

Enter a number (up to 20 digits), and
then press Set.

Enter a name (or leave it blank) , and
then press Set.

Press Stop/Exit.

Place the original face up in the
ADF, or face down on the scanner
glass.

Press the One Touch key of the
number you want to callOR
Press Search/Speed Dial, press
#, and then press the two-digit
Speed Dial number.

Press Fax Start.
Search/Speed Dial

Place the original face up in the
ADF, or face down on the scanner
glass.

Press Search/Speed Dial, and
then enter the first letter of the
name youre looking for.

Press or to search the
memory.

Press Fax Start, when the LCD
shows the name you want to call.
Making Copies
Single Copy

Place the original face up in the
ADF, or face down on the scanner
glass.

Press Copy.
Sorting Multiple Copies
(Using the ADF)

Place the original face up in the
ADF.

Use the dial pad to enter the
number of copies you want (up to
99).

Press Options, press or
to select OPT: STACK/SORT,
and then press Set.

Press or to select SORT,
and then press Set.

Press Copy.
